Joseph Dale

Joseph Dale is an associate attorney at The Cifarelli Law Firm, where he represents plaintiffs in childhood sexual assault and personal injury cases.

After graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Dale worked in finance and technology before going to UCLA School of Law. There, he competed on the nation’s top-ranked mock trial team and won multiple national trial tournaments. He is now a coach for that team.

His career has pointed in one direction: advocating for plaintiffs and the public. He has worked on class actions at Treehouse Law, prosecuted criminal cases at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office, and served as a Trial Fellow at Morgan & Morgan, the country’s largest personal injury firm, before joining The Cifarelli Law Firm.

Mr. Dale is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Outside the office, he is a fan of basketball, skiing, stand-up comedy, and good writing.
