Julia Massari is an Associate Attorney at the Cifarelli Law Firm. Julia received a B.A. in Philosophy and B.S. in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University. She then went on to receive her J.D. from The University of Illinois College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. During her time in law school, Ms. Massari was a competing member of the school's ABA Negotiation team and was a finalist in the ABA's regional negotiation competition.

She was also an editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and had her note, Disparate Me: Why Disparate Impact Claims Should Be Recognized Under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, published in May 2024.
